COVID-19

We know that it is imperative to protect those we serve and give them confidence that we are still here to help guide them through the process.

John L. Scott has implemented procedures to help navigate through this with a sense of urgency to support our partners, their clients, our realtor teams and employees. We have communicated clearly to our teams on what we can all do to be vigilant at this time to best serve the needs of others. We are staying connected with what is going on each day and discussing what we need to do to adjust. We are also following the guidelines of the industry and any local mandates that are distributed daily. We will also use technology to keep our clients informed and more aware of what is going on in the market.

For sellers, we will be recommending they limit the number of days a home will be open for showings – to Saturday and potentially Sunday in many cases. This is most definitely a time when we all must pull together and support each other through the changes that had been caused by the Coronavirus.
