“It will be another happy new year market for real estate activity in 2018. After the first of the year, buyers will emerge from winter holiday hibernation in big numbers. While new listings coming on the market will start to pick up in January, they will be in short supply until March. Once again, we will start the New Year with a frenzy, multiple offer market over the coming months in the more affordable and mid-price ranges.
