Welcome to Our Community

A lot of people know Woodinville for our world-class wineries and breweries, but those of us lucky enough to live here know it’s much more than that. It’s one of the best places in the Pacific Northwest to call home.

Like a lot of towns in Western Washington, Woodinville started out as a logging community. Later, the rich soil and temperate climate gave rise to farms. Today, Woodinville is a destination for wine, spirits, beer and food lovers. Summer concerts at Chateau Ste. Michelle, outdoor movies at Redhook Brewery, dinner at the impeccable Herbfarm, and hot air balloon rides attract folks from the around the world and down the street.

The Sammamish river runs through the heart of Woodinville, and we have waterfront parks where locals spend time outside year round. There are also miles of bike trails through scenic forests.

Woodinville is also home to one of King County’s best school districts, the Northshore School district. Woodinville High School is well respected for its academic, arts and sports programs.

Many homes in Woodinville are surrounded by trees and forests. Some overlook verdant farmland. Others are steps away from the dining and shopping in the core of town. Whether you are looking for a condo downtown, a midcentury home in the woods, or a luxury home with some acreage, Woodinville can accommodate.

If you’d like to learn more about Woodinville, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
