Tri-Cities, WA

In Central East Washington, a little over 2 hours from Spokane, sits the Tri-Cities of Washington: Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. This growing metropolitan area has over 300 sun-filled days per year and is a popular spot for everything from outdoors as well as wine tasting in the Heart of Washington Wine Country.

Kennewick is the largest community and serves as the retail center for the area. Fun is fundamental in Kennewick. It’s home to the Three Rivers Entertainment District and convention center. With 27 beautifully maintained parks and over 75 special events every year, there’s always a reason to come to Kennewick.

You’ll find Pasco sitting just across the river from Kennewick. Pasco has grown tremendously over the past 15 years while still maintaining its natural beauty and agricultural roots. Historic downtown Pasco is very charming and has quite a few fun recreation options nearby.

Richland also sits on the Columbia River, slightly northwest, which makes it a popular spot for getting out on the water. Antique shops, wineries, arts, and cultural opportunities keep everyone busy here. West Richland sits on the banks of the Yakima River just above the confluence of the Columbia. With over 7000 acres of agricultural land within the city limits, some of the freshest food is found here.
