Welcome to Our Community
Snohomish is a city with a lot of history, which we are proud to show off and talk about. The center of town is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and we’re known as the Antique Capitol of the Northwest. But that’s not all that makes Snohomish a great place to call home.
Snohomish is close to the metro areas of Seattle and Bellevue, but just far enough removed for us to retain the peaceful character of a small town.
As the oldest city in Snohomish County, our town has become an example of how historic preservation can not only make a location more pleasant to live in, but more economically successful as well. In addition to browsing our many antique shops, locals and visitors enjoy popular restaurants and shopping while walking along the historic buildings downtown.
Outdoor activities abound here. From boating and fishing on the Snohomish river, to bird watching in the Riverview Wildlife Refuge, or playing in Centennial Park. There’s something here for everyone.
Snohomish residents live in a variety of homes, from Queen Anne-style and Arts and Crafts-era houses in the heart of the city, to farmhouses with acreage a bit outside town.
If you’d like to learn more about Snohomish, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
