Welcome to Our Community

Sitting on the highest hill in the city, the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle is named after the architectural style popular here. Beginning in 1885, this was the spot for the early economic and cultural elite to build their mansions, and those majestic homes still characterize this neighborhood.

Queen Anne has a thriving business district with grocery stores, ice cream, coffee shops, book stores, gift boutiques, wonderful restaurants, and a little bit everything else mixed in. With 24 parks in this neighborhood, there are plenty of places to take a stroll or have a picnic. The most famous might be Kerry Park with its breathtaking and picturesque view of downtown Seattle.

The lower part of Queen Anne is adjacent to the Seattle Center and heads north west up Queen Anne hill. With the proximity to the Seattle Center, and easy access to downtown, Queen Anne is popular with single residents for its quick commutes as well as families who take advantage of the proximity of all the conveniences.
