Northeast Seattle is home to a diverse set of neighborhoods. From Madison Park and Laurelhurst to Wedgewood and Motley. What defines these neighborhoods is the topography. Hills, green spaces, valleys, and course Lake Washington.
No matter which Northeast Seattle neighborhood you call home though, you get to enjoy parks like Sand Point, shopping and dining centers like University Village, easy access to the University of Washington, and new light rail stops make much of the rest of Seattle easy to get to.
Many of Northeast Seattle’s neighborhoods also have their own retail core. Which means many areas have high walkability scores contributing to their livability. Though Seattle continues to grow and develop, we have ties to our deep roots and what makes the city special.
