According to Livability.com, Spokane landed the number seven spot on the list. Because of its unique attributes, many retirees enjoy living here.

Home to Gonzaga and Whitworth Universities, Spokane has the culture of a college town with a mature appeal. There is always plenty to do here. The downtown area has undergone fantastic renovations. As a result, this has made way for interesting restaurants, entertainment venues, trendy living spaces, and boutique hotels. The culture and atmosphere here is vibrant. Year-round music festivals and events are in abundance.

There is no shortage for those with an affinity for the outdoors. The city is nestled between the Cascade and Rocky Mountains. This treatment center is one of the most prestigious and recognized centers for outstanding work. They specialize in cardiac surgery, heart attack treatment, critical care, and other medical departments.
